Where I can find computer game design / creation software?
Does anyone know where I can find a program for D-2 to create computer games? I am interested in finding a software that allows me to create games that are not horizontal scroll. One of my friends used to have a program on a CD-Rom which could be released around games like Pokemon. anyone know where I can find software like this, no matter how much it costs?
