Xbox 360 repair question?
Hi, I sent my Xbox 360 to repair. I live in England, the UPS tracking site that my Xbox has "returned to sender" in Eastleigh, GB on October 16. However, when I can check the status of the Xbox 360, said, "# Repair Status: Waiting for device to the Service Center. "He said that since I sent my Xbox in for repair. What Now today, October 18, 19:15. Has anyone had experience how this system works? And what is the reason for the delay on the site? I have contacted MS yet, but I will do tomorrow if the site says it is always expected my camera to arrive. Have you checked the tracking number? site UPS. MS would not really trust status. It's always a couple of days ago, and generally incorrect. Just call and see what they say.
