Computer Games Addiction Help

How to get rid of my video game / addiction to the computer / TV?
Only video games, go to the computer or watching television. About 85-90 percent of my day is computer games or TV in a room. And I would like, but for some reason every time I try to stop, finish games. I have no motivation to do something else. I have no friends to go out. I had a friend who used to hang out much outside, but then moved away. I do not like sports except for golf, but I had a friend who likes golf. I will not go out and do things alone, I'm with friends. I am desperate for help! I need advice or methods on how to break my addiction!
Make busy, join a golf club and sports and make new friends with people who share the same interests as you. They can also be independent and do things for yourself as going to the city or explore the area, which is much better to do these things on their mind that sitting in front of one on your own computer.
